I have been hesitant to try this network before because of the negative reviews I read from posts of other users. The good thing about this network is that it shows unique ads which are tediously sorted by their marketing team. Nuffnang allow users to have three ads at max which include their Leaderboard (728x90), Skyscraper (160x300) and Large Rectangle (336x280).
You can determine the performance of ads based on their star rating. Nuffnang suggests that you put ALL those three ad types in your blog page to maximize revenue. You can see from the image at the left that the large rectangle has the highest CTR especially when placed at the center of your blog. Additionally, you can have a CTR Bonus if your blog CTR is 0.2% or higher, that is extra earning. You can also choose your ads to be expanding to cater more ads from advertisers. When not showing ads, the ads are minimized to save space. Before you start showing ads, you have to answer their survey form first for them to know what kind of blog you have as well as profile of your readers for a better showing ads. The survey has two sections: first section is entitled "Tell us about yourself" while the second section is entitled as "Now.. Tell us about your readers". Another perks on being a Nuffnanger is having a Glitterati status. You can have it by not being a member of other ad network from South East Asia. So, you can still show ads from Google Adsense, Lijit, Adserve, Smowtion, or Adhitz as long as its deemed as Nuffnang's competitor regionally. You gain your Glitterati status after 3 days of membership, enough time for Nuffnang to sort your blog contents and ad networks. The benefit of Glitterati status is being a priority in everything, ad campaigns and payments. That is higher payouts, preferred allocation units, and faster payout which is 30 days unlike those who don't have which is 60 days regularly.

There are two campaigns available for each Nuffnanggers:
Cost Per Unique Visit (CPUV) Campaign - this campaign allow bloggers to earn according to the number of unique visits in your blog. It's like a per impression earning. 
Cost Per Click (CPC) Campaign - this campaign allow bloggers to earn according to the number of clicks in a Nuffnang ad.

What are the Other Benefits of Being a Member?
Another unique thing in Nuffnang is their hosting of events which give opportunities for their members to participate because it is done locally in their area. They also conduct contests on which a blogger can earn gift items (cellphones, tickets, or cash) by just writing about a certain product. It also gives you opportunity to be a Featured Blogger every month, that means having more traffic and gaining a reputation in the blogosphere.

Overall, Nuffnang ads are decent enough to boast in your blogs. You get to see ads that are familiar to you like Pizza Hut, TV5, Sun Cellular or Crunch.

How to be a Member?
To be a Nuffnanger, you have to have at least 50 unique visit per day in your blog. But you can still sign-up for an account even if your blog is still new and growing.       yes. CPC is better if your site is more on engagement with readers. like they do something in your blog besides reading.
